While the kanji is written as Koi Mokuroku, the furigana means that the true title is "Boku to Kanojo no Koi Log."

Still why is the synopsis so different then the actual details I found? Also cover is not even the same with the one I found on this Manga app.

Anyway yeah when I link the whole title into the search bar on here that did come up. Still a lot of titles have the same words in them. It's kinda weird to have a completely different title then the one I shared that is on a few sites like that.

Okay I got it the one place I found it had it detailed way differently. Though some sites had the same cover a lot more then the one I see on this app. So yeah totally useless now can be deleted.
