Why this manga appears as finished? or was canceled, because looking in other pages a chapter 22 appears, What happened?

looking at the last note in the last chapter it seems like part 1 ended and the author is working on part 2.
maybe it had more success than predicted, or maybe it bombed and that was damage control, I think it was good enough to continue.

What's the sequel's name? I only find the original and it ends on chapter 22.
