When did Zero Two’s blood turn red?

I’m just curious, because in the beginning of the series, Zero Two had blue blood and I just noticed in the later episodes when she got hurt, her blood would be red?

They never really answered how she changed. She had red blood in the very first episode. The reason of the change is probably the headband that supress some of her monsterous features.
