| Well, most people are praising the new anime which isn't what people expected going in. Those I see bashing the series typically either haven't watched it, or are excessively hung up on the character designs or any small storytelling difference to the OVA. But more on topic, I do really like the OP, and even bought the Reinhard-edition CD. The visuals, storyboarded by director Tada Shunsuke, are nice too especially that stunning shot of Reinhard and Kircheis' ships. |
