| Should I even yes what am I gonna say... Rossio was introduced as someone who had been controlled all his life with lies for the better good.. and then he ventures off to the surface with the help of Simon and others, they pull up together a plan and don't know why but Rossio was riding gurren now..don't know why yoko did not ride the thing... but wait just after seven years that good for nothing bastard comes into power, apply laws that are supposed to be good for the humanity and even orders simon to be executed.... seriously that guy is hopeless and very much hateful. I hate him because he covers up information, tell lies and the ego.... (bring him here .. I wont to much that pretty face so hard) I hate him because he does all these things and thinks he is doing the right thing... honestly I want him to be dead for the series... but have watched till 21 though.. still hate him and wanted to let it all out for people who hate him please elaborate your hatred here further |

| I really hate him too as well, probably the anime character I hate the most, just finished the anime, disappointed that he didn't die, he should had been put on trial and executed or at least Simon should had let him suicide |

| I would argue that Rossiu is a great character on the second part of the anime due to how much he is able to make us hate him. |
