The two "humans"

the girl with mind reading and the main boy, are they just human or more? rest least seem to be part human, but compared to them the other two are a bit mundane, maybe smart and some psychic powers.

I'm pretty sure it said the main boy is just really smart and is fully human. He is the only one they didn't experiment on. I think the mind reading girl is like the other siblings and underwent experiments and is not fully human because of them.
