I am waiting until translation finishes for Akira (90%) and Momoka (>50%) routes. It stalled, but lately Momoka route translation was picked up again, slow but steady. i hope.

just 3 titles that I can give you right now, cause the others had been recommended you already :
- if you just want straight "borderline" -> Masou Gakuen HxH

- if you want some story and awesome action-packed punch and cool heroines -> Gakusen Toshi Asterisk (both Season of the Anime) and Strike the Blood

- if you prefer to take a break after warching some serious anime (refresher anime to loose your mind a bit or even brain) -> I definitely recommend Hundred (some of the ecchi moments is romantic even if it's harem)

*Note : don't worry, all of my list above DOESN'T contain ANY of these ::
- weak MC (we all know ecchi fans hates weak MC and useless MC mainly in the action genre)
- stupid romance (what I mean is, the girl always fell in love towards MC with absurd motive)
- filler/wasted episodes/chapters : we all know ecchi fans hates episodes that even the manga don't talks about, but what I can say is the OVA and Extras/Specials episodes that the anime had is making the anime better than its manga version sometimes, so be sure to watch the OVA too and even the Specials/Extras if you had the time
- wasted time : I can assure you that none of my recommendation will wasting your time
- bad/worse/no plot at all : don't worry even the Masou Gakuen HxH that I recommended is having amazing plot behind it, just enjoy the slow paced story telling of Gakusen Toshi Asterisk it's worth it at the end
