The first drama I ever watched was an old Chinese Drama called "Journey to the West". Although there have been different version released of the drama, but the 1986 by far is the best version.

For my first Japanese drama was a '70s drama called "Oshin", and the first Korean drama that I watched was "All About Eve".

First was Gokusen I guess. I probably saw some Asian dramas before, since to me their like the normal TV shows you see on TV but didn't really take much notice.

Um, one of those random Thai dramas showing after the news. There were quite a few, and it's been a long time so I don't remember what they were called. My first Korean drama was "All About Eve", because my cousin was watching it and I just sat to watch with her.

I think the first one I ever watched completely was Full House. My cousin made me watch the first episode and I loved it. Good stuff.

My first Asian drama was called "100 Days with Mr. Arrogant," and it was Korean, I believe. I fell in love and began to look up other stuff, and now I can't stop! It's a downward spiral. Haha.
So are most good things, I suppose. xD Haha.

LOL I watched that one! Oh my! If that had been my first drama... I'd have given up the whole "drama watching" right away. I still wonder how I watched all the episodes!

But still.... it was pretty funny! ^^

Done! :D -> The Snow Queen thread

(I'm kind of new here so I just figured I should lurk through the forums first, just in case there was already a thread about it, or perhaps no interest in the show ..)

Most likely something chinese. I've been watching them ever since I was a kid so I can't remember that far back. Perhaps it was The Little Monk or The Journey to the West or The Condor Heroes. Those were the few that I remember watching. If it's jdrama, I think it was GTO. I finished watching GTO recently and I realized all the characters and storyline seemed very familiar like I've watch them before without really understanding it. :)

The first Asian drama I watched was Gokusen, from Japan. Needless to say, it had a snowballing effect. I've since watched about 50 or 60 Japanese drama series. As a matter of fact, I like dramas better than anime. XD

I've been exposed the asian drama since I was young so I can't really say which one my first one was. I think it might have been The Legend of the Condor Heroes (the 1983 version).

I'm currently watching kimi wa petto when I'm bored. Jun is definitely a little weird in this drama but nevertheless, I will try to make it stretch as much as possible because I've run out of Jun-dramas to watch XD

I still havent catch goong yet T_T can't find any online videos of it.
