Seriously, it's amazing.

Also, too short. :(

Just finished it. Wow, this was a hidden gem. The art style was just so fluid... compared to what I was expecting. Also, I love the ED.

I got hit by nostalgia and probably enjoyed this OVA more than a normal person would. The plot was simple and predictable with the happy ending which I usually despise. But the art style was great, especially Youko herself. Soundtrack was fitting, songs were good, especially ED. Also, the romance line was pure and simple without any tsundere garbage behavior.

I've known of the character for years thanks to the Valis game series. You can't really look up anything Valis without coming across some Leda art, but never sat down to watch it until tonight. I really thought this whole time it was an on-going TV series. I was surprised it's just one single 67 minute... movie? I guess, it's kind of on the short side for a movie but whatever it's classified as it was really pretty to look at. Great animation and the world it took place in was interesting. They sure did pack a lot into just 67 minutes but it felt like it had a good flow. I think it could've benefited a bit from a longer runtime, maybe 1h20-30m, but as it is I thought it was great. Too bad there is no more to it :(
