| Action-adventure, RPG and fighting are my favorite genres. Just finishing up FFXIII right now which is pretty average, but at least it's kept me entertained enough. After that it's off to pick up God of War III, Heavy Rain, Strange Journey and possibly Yakuza 3. Trollkastel said: Games I'm getting soon- Demons Souls Good call. I love the hell out of this game. In the end it balances out to just an average experience for me. As for the version argument... ignore it. People are just picking at minor details to try and justify their purchases. |
| Right now I've been playing a lot of Soul Silver. I finished Bioshock recently which I thought was pretty meh and have put Demon's Souls on hold due to it making me rage all the time. I'm 50/50 on whether I should spend money on FFXIII but I definitely want to pick up Just Cause 2 soon. |

| Yeah I'm all hyped now for MvC3. Sadly I only own a Wii and a crappy computer so my gaming taste had to be diminished greatly. I love 2d fighters and RPG's but I play almost anything except sims. |

| I've recently been playing through the Metroid series chronologically while waiting for Other M. Before this all I'd played was Prime, Echoes and Hunters. Zero Mission was fun. My first 2D Metroid, and pretty cool. Never really played a game like it, actually. Looking forward to Super Metroid thanks to this. Prime was awesome. I loved that isolated feeling, and it was seriously spooky at times. If any game is immersive, this is. Hunters (I'm about 75% through) is a bit... boring. Too actiony compared to the rest of the series. And the single player is so repetitive (Find 3 keys, find 3 artifacts, fight boss, evacuate before self destruct countdown finish, and repeat x8) Echoes was pretty cool from what I've tried. Seems to have the same isolated feeling as Prime. Especially the dark world. Haven't played Corruption, Return, Super or Fusion yet. Also, I'd be playing some Freedom Unite if my PSP didn't keep messing up ;_; |

| Mostly Demon's Souls and Bad Company 2 (for the PS3 obviously) Been playing a rom of Digimon Adventure and raging hardcore at that game. I bought a copy, which happened to be a European copy which happened to be the version that was glitched and wouldn't allow you to progress past a certain part, and got my ass kicked by it as a kid and now I want to try to convince myself I'm smarter than my younger self. So far it's not turning out too good ;_; |
