Rules for adding the rewrite of a novel

Eiji Mikage's debut novel : https://myanimelist.net/manga/90371/Bokura_wa_Dokonimo_Hirakanai was later rewritten and published with the same name in 2016. However it has a subtitle "There are no facts, only interpretations". Am I allowed to add it to the database? It has a new artist, new story and even a new sub(title).

I would think so, Fairy Tail has a 2009, 2014, and soon to be a 2018 version all with the same name, and so does H x H, so i would see no read=so why it wouldn't be allowed

I haven't encountered a case like this before. If it is totally rewritten it should get its own entry.

The Fairy Tail series are sequels so it's not really related to this. HxH is a remake so it relates to this case.
