About why the hell is the animation so good?

Hey,
does anyone have an idea if the episodes of future boy conan on
the internet in online watching websites and downloads of this series were
recolored or reanimated?
Because this looks unbelievably good for a show from 1978
the first episode has an animation/motion and color quality of ghibli movies
like the castle of Cagliostro and conan is a tv series. I mean its freaking unbelievable compared to staff like rose of Versailles/ captain harlock and such.

Firstly a really good production cycle

2nd Miyazaki and Takahata involvement Takahata being an incredible director while being really good at handling a team and miyazaki almost doing everything himself

animation talent like Yoshiaki....

storyboarded by fucken Tomino, Yoshiyuki a legend ....

literally just look at the staff list and see what they have done literally incredible talent.

Nippon Animation allowed these talented people have a good production cycle its amazing how anime can look this good.

Also anime back then wasn't as compeitive, basically film was more art house or for kids now its more mass produced.
