What chapter to start from after the second season?

I just finished the 2nd season of the anime and was hoping to continue reading it. What chapter should I start? I know that most of the second season is anime original so I would like to start from there.

Best to start at the end of the first season which is at chapter 23. They're some similarities for the first few chapters.
