Where to buy 18+ visual novels that have eng subs?

I've been trying get into VNs (digital or physical, don't rly care) for a while now, but I just can't find any sites to buy them from. They're always either not translated or they just censor everything (*cough* *cough* Steam)...so the question is--- are there any sites out there that we could readily rely on to buy our visual novels from, that censors NOTHING, and actually TRANSLATES the script into English? If so, PLAESE tell me what they're called! (A few VNs I've really wanted to buy for a while now are the Grisaia series, Nekopara, and If my Heart Had Wings, just to give you guys an idea of what I've been rambling about :p)

You know you can patch most games on steam right? That's how I do it.

I've heard of that, but didn't know if the source I got it from was valid or not and had no clue on how to do it lol...thanks for the confirmation! I'll make sure to look into it! ^_^

No problem, other than patching I have no idea where you can get VN's from, I like to stick to steam with most games.

J-List has some good visual novels. You can buy them from there if you want to.

http://www.mangagamer.com/ - all of their own titles are uncensored. They do offer some third-party translations that might be censored (like that pathetic Moe Novel's parody of the original VN called "If my Heart Had Wings").
https://www.jastusa.com/catalog/category/view/id/3 - they had to remove some scenes from Starless and Shiny Days due to potential legal issues, but they released patches for those (unofficially). Again, they also have some third-party titles in their catalog.
