| Anime that has something else to it. Like kokoro connect or Ano natsu de Matteru. Something that isn't too dramatic either pls. Does not have to be slice of life either. Any genre where the romance isn't very dramatic and prolonged. |

| Steins;Gate - Surprised you haven't watched it already, very well developed romance but also not central to the plot. Some drama as expected but because of the way it is paced and constructed it is well earned. One of my favourite shows of all time. Spice and Wolf - Romance is fairly central but understated, relatively SOL-ish but I would definitely check it out, didn't think it would be my cup of tea when I first checked it out but it's very well done. ReZero - Feels somewhat like a cross between SAO/S;G, the whole being dragged into a new world routine, seems to be a love it or hate it show given the reaction but I would certainly recommend checking it out. Quite a few others here and there but this should be a decent start point |
