I'm looking for any series where technology from our time/society/world is brought/recreated in a less advanced world.
The examples I know of are:

Log Horizon
Another "trapped in a fantasy MMORPG", but no real clear-cut goal. Later on in the series a steam engine concept was made and soon after a train made of a combination of tech and magic is seen.

GATE
one day a gate that connects to a fantasy world opens ups in the middle of Japan and an army(soldiers and monsters) comes through and starts attacking. Needless to say when the JSDF is finally deployed the attackers get wrecked and a base is set up on the other side of the gate.

also World Customize Creator seems to be heading that way a bit too.
It's one of those "an otaku who is somehow fit and attractive is sent to a parallel fantasy world." But here his power is that for nearly everything he can open a customization menu. Anyways at around ch 30 he's starting to experiment with making a motor, but up till then no technological breakthroughs.

I recommend all three of these as a good read, by the way, with the last two also recommended if you like overpowered protagonist(s).

Do you guys know of any other manga that fall in this category?

Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri (this is a very good one. I really liked the anime adaptation of it)

Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin (I don't know much about this one, but it's anime adaptation is on my plan to watch)

Doesn't introduce our technology, it does for like 2 episodes at most out of 75

I think it's 4 episodes:

But most importantly Colbert's flying thing is based on this technology, which goes along with OP's example of Log Horizon.

I've only watched the anime adaptation of Thermae Romae. The main character is a Roman bath designer who is whisked forward to a public bath in modern-day Tokyo, then returns with various modern objects. The story was also adapted into a live-action film.

It does to the other characters in the story, it's not much related but you can see it.

@lieznerf: already included GATE. I agree, it's excellent even though it's a bit harem-y.
Your second suggestion doesn't seem to fit the criteria of what I'm currently looking for. However, it does seem interesting so I'll check it out some time.

@Terkhev: Outbreak Company does fit into my criteria, but after watching some I don't really like it. Though sometimes I can bear with it, harems a a negative point for me. Also I feel that if the modern government is involved and interacting with the fantasy one then there'd be more tension and political intrigue, so it being a comedy is not good here for me.

@Gokkucchi, MFL, Terkhev: Though it doesn't seem like Zero no Tsukaima introduces as much technology as I hoped, I may give it a shot at some point.

@SeijiSensei: XD that looks funny, I'll check it out.

I've found a cool one named "Isekai Tensei Soudouki".
The main character is a noble's kid in a fantasy world, but has two extra souls in his body. One is a commander from the warring states era, the other is some modern high-schooler who apparently liked memorizing documentaries and wikipedia article(?). While I find the idea of highscholer memorizing useful technology a bit questionable, if you get over that it's a fun read (though it only has 17 chapters as of now TT_TT)

@Elaesia: XD for a second there, I was so confused! I was wondering "is a weeabo asking me a question in Japanese with English characters?"

You first suggestion fits perfectly.
The second one, however, I've read some of and didn't like. I dunno it felt pretty..aimless?
=====================
Thank you all for the suggestions, this'll probably deal with my craving for now.
But of course feel free to keep adding if you think of something.
