Season 2!!! Festival Arc !! Episodes?

Not really Spoilers just saying how long the next two arcs are and how can they fit them in the Next season!!!!!!!!!!! So since they said they gonna do the festival Arc does that mean it will be 13 episodes again or 16 episodes because the Festival arc is 22 or 23 chapters and they just did about 21 chapters,they can still do 13 episodes easily and get the whole Arc done.But I would love to see what comes right after that with St*** and it isn't a long arc I feel like they can fit it all in 23 episode. What ya think ?

Since this part is mostly action we can expect a 2 chapter x episode adaptation, so 13 episodes or 12 should be ok

It would have been best if they did the Sport Festival and Hero Killer arc in that cour, because it's more action and Hero Killer leads perfectly after the Festival
