The Groke, one of the scariest anime characters ever?

So we all probably remember Groke, creepy looking black ice monster who just seeks friends and warmth. Even though she is lonely I consider her one of the scariest anime characters ever. That empty look in her eyes, grin on her face and just very terrifying character. I remember when I was kid I either hid under blanket because I was afraid of her or shot her with my toy guns xD Now I am teenager but everytime I see her I still get shivers. Same with you and do you think she is one of the scariest anime characters ever?
