They said that in the final episode of kindaichi... Does that mean that it is ending on episode 22

This season of Kindaichi is confirmed ending on episode 22 since Ace Attorney anime is going to air on Kindaichi time slot starting this April.

Kindaichi was going so good . I had expected 24 episodes.....

Lower number of episode is probably due to Akechi Keibu no Jikenbo special. If they aired that as two episodes, we would have 24 eps.

Don't forget that Kindaichi also takes a break for 3-4 weeks...
