Poor Asuta was caught in a fire in his own home, but luckily he survived by being transported to another world. Admittedly, I'm interested in what happened in his original world seeing that his dad was supposed targeted with ill intent to the point of being run over by a truck and having the family home burnt.

Nonetheless, luckily Asuta meets Ai Fa in which she helps him adjust to this new world. Gotta love her kuudere and tsundere personality though~ Seeing that the world is somewhat primitive, technology hasn't progressed much including culinary arts. Thankfully, Asuta is a cook and utilized those abilities to establish himself in this world.
