Does Saito even give a fuck?

I decided to give this show a chance as something more lighthearted and i have watched 3 episodes up till now and it sure is entertaining. However, i cant help but think how the show goes on assuming Saito had no life up till he got summoned. Doesnt he have any parents getting worried sick about him? Arent there generally people he misses and miss them too? Him barely giving a fuck about his current situtation only makes sense if he was a lonely orphan or something on Earth.

By the way, i m kind of worried about the rating (not that it means much since Shigurui, the best Seinen out there in my opinion, is scored even less). Does it get worse or more serious?

The rating is fine so don't worry about that. It has serious moments for sure, but a lot of comedic moments as well.

For your first question.. I don't know for sure since I've only completed the first season. I assume it isn't important, but maybe we'll find out in seasons 2-4.

not realy. since i read your question.im intertaind and i watch season 2 3 and 4 but.Still no story about saitos life in earth
