| Hello fellow elitist! Do you believe your taste to be superior to the rest of the club? Do you want to take a higher role in club activities and exert your clearly position? Then you're in the right place! Below you will find an application to take a spot in the Uber Elitist whitelist to help vote titles into the Anime and Manga enlightenment list. Before proceeding, I will list a few requirements to applying. 1. Be a regular in the club. By regular I mean you must have participated in club activities whether it be voting in previous polls, being an active user of the club comments, or maybe you join the streams often. 2. You must have free time and motivation. You will be called upon to watch and read things that are nominated and get enough support in the e-list threads. 3. Be able to vocalize a coherent opinion about the things you watch. This is a rather subjective requirement. Just have enough belief in yourself that you can hold your own in a discussion about this and that, then do not hesitate to apply. Important! To apply for the position, please copy and paste the text of this spoiler into a message box and send the application directly to me (lordzeru) via PM. We'd like to keep this as anonymous as possible. [spoiler] 1. Name three anime that you believe should be added to the e-list (anime or manga) that is currently not in the list. Please provide a very brief explanation why for each title. 2. Name three anime that believe should NOT be in the e-list (anime or manga) that is currently a resident. Please provide a brief explanation why for each title. 3. What is your preferred genre? We all have genres we naturally gravitate to and have a bias towards, please list yours and what it is you look for in such works. 4. Do you have any issue with watching longer series and possibly older work? 5. What is your opinion on Studio Bones? Please explain in a short paragraph below. The reason for this question is more or less to test your ability to be given a topic and formulate an opinion on it. |
