I wonder if this will have a positive or negative effect on the last volume's sales.

5 main aspects I base my ratings on:
1. Did DramaEnthusiast make a thread about it?
2. Is it better than Breaking Bad?
3. Did MellowJello recommend the shit out of it?
4. Has it caused a (very entertaining) shitstorm on MAL?
5. Is it actually good?

Scratch the fifth point, it's not very relevant...

Kekkai Sensen ist still a great anime and I'm really looking forward to the last episode ^^

Totally agree, I've really enjoyed the show. And if the discs sell well I'd love to see them get to make more once this last episode finally comes out and/or airs. While frustrating this delay doesn't hurt how much I loved the show.

Hopefully they'll at least air it around the time the JP blu-ray comes out since that should allow Funi to also stream the dub version of the last episode too, since I've been watching the simuldub.

Yeah, I'm watching the dub too so hope they'll release or air that at same time as the sub.

Shame that it'll be so long in between though. Especially just because it's longer.

Lol, they've even dubbed the show and it hasn't released the last episode.
Well, it was episodic so I'm guessing they made it the length of two episodes to make up for it.
