NGNL Collectors Edition Blu-ray

Hey MAL users. I don't usually talk on here so I haven't made an account until today but I decided to make one because I would like your thoughts and help on something. As I'm sure you all know, the "No Game, No Life" series will be getting a North American release this coming July 27th. As a huge fan of the series, I've already placed my preorder of the collector's edition of the series on RightStuf and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.
I have a bit of a predicament however as a Canadian.........
Recently, it has come to my attention that Canada doesn't really have a differentiation in the Criminal Code between real and imaginary individuals in regards to child pornography. Basically, this means any "loli/shota" material can land you in jail.
As such, I'm starting to feel rather nervous in regards to the NGNL CE Blu-ray that I went and preordered. Now, I'm not saying that NGNL is child porn because it blatantly isn't but the series itself has quite a few ecchi scenes of Shiro (and later Nazuna), and the blu-ray collectors edition comes with some items that also show some ecchi scenes of these characters. With Canada's extremely broad definition of child porn, it ends up as an umbrella over anime/manga as well which really frightens me. In the end, it's a question of law (meaning it's up to the judge to decide).
I really want to get my NGNL CE blu-rays but I don't want to go to jail cause that could end up screwing over your entire life. Do you think I'll be safe if I leave my order as is; I'm not breaking the law am I? What do you guys think I should do?

Not sure whether this is legit or not but irregardless, very detailed (and informative if it is indeed legit). Still, my issue isn't really whether the loli/shota hentai is legal or illegal but rather if the NGNL CE Blu-ray I'm ordering can be considered as child pr0n and get me landed behind bars. For this example, let's say that the place I am staying at is a red zone in Canada (even though a zone like that doesn't exist). Can I still get thrown behind bars?

Edit- I also want to add that viewing is still illegal. There was a case in Quebec where a guy got jailed for watching hentai (presumably loli).

There's a difference between loli hentai and just some light loli fanservice

Unless wherever you live classifies some panty shots and breasts showing but without nipples as pornography, then there's no legal basis for arresting someone for it

Hmm..... quite true, and under the criminal code, it can only be considered child pr0n if it explicitly depicts sexual activity or the dominant characteristic of which is the depiction of the genitals and/or anal region. NGNL shouldn't have any explicit depiction of sexual activity (or it'd blatantly be a hentai) and it doesn't show any genitals nor anus' of characters (or again, it'd be a hentai) which means I should be safe (I think).
Anyways, thank you HaXXspetten for answering my questions. Since it doesn't look like I'm breaking any of my countries' laws, I'll just leave my preorder alone.
