I'll kick it off with Visitor Q, no idea how anyone could like this film and yet it basically touches on almost every societal taboo. I guess that is it's value?

Human centipede. I don't think I need to provide a link for this film ;_;
I rarely has any access to old/indie/foreign cinemas so human centipede is the easiest for me to access atm.

A Serbian Film is a must see for shock cinema! I'm on my phone rn so I can't link well, but it's on YouTube. Just search "A Serbian Film 2010".
Antichrist is also a very "shocking" film. I know that there's a deeper message behind it, but I just can't seem to understand.

I wonder if you've seen any of the sequels? I've seen the first two centipede movies, dear god that second one...

The Human Centipede is alright. On terms of how disturbing it is I think it's more around Hostel's level, not even close to things such as Martyrs, Cannibal Holocaust, or A Serbian Film.

Not seen too many but David Cronenberg's Crash is really messed up and brilliant with a truly haunting and brooding atmosphere.

Miike's film Gozu is deranged, Visitor Q as as someone above me put on, that is very comic take on transgression, *tempted to spoil film but won't* Fudoh The New Generation, I think the pussy gun is all I need to say for that... it's really fun and finally Ichi The Killer are all great films. I don't find Miike disturbing, Miike seems to turn extreme cinema into something that is very over the top and insane dark comedy.
