| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I like these types of episodes. No one is outright wrong, but it's a series of people making choices and having to live with the consequences, one way or another. It's a horrible situation that just kept getting worse, where everyone involved in full realization of it all. Of course, the good doctor's magical hands solves everything, but at the very least, I enjoyed the sentiment. |
| Well at least the teacher has learned that he was being too tough on his students, even if he did have good intentions. Touching to see that he was willing to give his life to save the child's legs. Glad Black Jack was able to save them both and now they seem to have a good teacher/student relationship :) |

| That made me tear up a bit. That was the saddest episode so far. I love the 4th wall break with Osamu Tezuka (who in real life was a licensed physician) recommending Black Jack so the story can progress. |
