| So I asked this some time ago and got only a few hits. I've tried to make a list of anime that mostly focuses on the journey and events of one man. So far I've got: Barakamon (completed. Was short and sweet, but nothing special) Gankutsuou Great Teacher Onizuka Bartender Berserk (Seen: Kaiji, Mushishi, Monster, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop) Any other? And please feel free to be loose with your recommendations; not every show can be like Mushishi where Ginko is the only MC. Monster had a plethora of supporting characters but it still was mainly about Kenzo Tenma. Trigun was also mainly about Vash, Cowboy Bebop about Spike etc. |

I'm just not into manga. I prefer literature when reading something and good Manga would also be really hard to find in my country, so I would need to read it on screen which doesn't really apeal to me either. |
