Baccano! (light novel)
| Hmm an interesting volume so far. We have a girl named Sonja Bake with some info revealed about her, some of which isn't exactly pretty. Quite a tough girl in the present though. It's also somewhat refreshing to see Pamela and Lana this volume. We also get a narrative and focus on Neider Schasschule. However, I find his dream a bit empty. I mean, wanting to become a "hero"? Really? Kinda curious to see how the immortals will be tied to this volume as well in terms of the plot. |

| Too much characters involved in one arc is really the main problem here. It doesn't really goes forward for the whole 1935A to 1935-C as much as I would have wished for. Especially since we're still waiting for the D volume one year and half after the C. I fear that I'll have forgotten about the situation of most of those characters by the time we'll get the D. I know that we're at the climax of the man period of the series, but still, that's too much. |
