Nah but for real I can't remember exactly where, probably a raid drop from somewhere in the dungeon they've spent several weeks in.

That hit me hard too, probably the equipment was part of the secret plan thingy and they had it before the raid to use when the right time comes or

Naotsugu armor is hand-crafted (like food cooking)
it cant be repair by normal game menu like other items and nobody in raid party can repair it so he didnt use it since start. it's production-class armor that has stats rival with phantasmal-class

i dont know about shiroe tho.

Also, we know that they have been powering up since they have gone from 90th level up to the 94th level, so it isn't surprising that with the novasphere addition there is new equipment.

Likewise, Shiroe would have had access to round table money to equip Naotsugu for this round table enterprise. As we saw with Akatsuki, there are great items to be bought with money. Part of Akatsuki's problem is that she was both too embarrassed to ask for help (or too prideful to ask for a loan) and hadn't, like Shiroe and Naotsugu built up money previously through raids.
