| (I wasn't sure where to post this, but I think this would be the most fitting sub-board.) Is it necessary to watch the prequel of this series - AD Police - in order to fully understand all the events of Bubblegum Crisis? I watched the first episode of the 8-part OVA series and it looks promising, but I'm not sure if I'll be missing out on some important plot aspects by skipping AD Police... Then again, I don't want to waste my time either if it turns out to only give additional backstory that won't be mentioned in the sequel. So... is AD Police essential to watch for the Bubblegum Crisis story; yay or nay? |
