I need a anime where the main character is a social outcast and people bully him and stuff then weird shit starts to happen and the main character needs to solve a murder mystery...

Zetsuen no tempest - there are 2 male mc, it doesn't perfectly fit ur description cause the mc is not being bullied, just antisocial so he doesn't get too many friends, but the series is about them trying to solve a murder.
