I've only read up to chapter 55 at the moment, but....

If I had my way it'd be Tatsumi x Leone, and I've thought that from the very start. Unfortunately, I know that will never happen, so, of the three, I'll go with Mine.

Tatsumi x Esdeath has a really weird allure to it, but I simply can't see it realistically happening, unless Tatsumi's personality really changes, or Esdeath chills out. *No pun intended*

1. Akame/Kurome: In the end those sisters love each other. It's very sad to sepparate sisters so Tatsumi should be considerate and do them both.
2. Mine: I love tsunderes and I'm happy with this pairing
3. Leone: She's very aggresive, I like that. She's also totally into him too.
4. Esdeath: Never liked her much.
5. Chelsea: She loved Tatsumi at first sight. Pity she died a few chapters afther her introduction.

Mmm This manga could have easily turned into a harem... Actually, if Tatsumi had played his cards well I'm sure of it :D

When it comes to the shipping, I didn't care as much. And recent chapters for those who wanted Tatsumi and Esdeath paired up now has to deal with the fact that Esdeath is too dang psychotic for that to happen, especially when the recent chapters shows. If Tatsumi does live through this, although it will take an near-impossible miracle. He does deserve to have a girl be by his side, and do all sorts of things with her, having family and all that. He deserves it.

If Tats can't return to his human form, his relationship with Mine it's going to be really weird but interesting.

I heard that Mine is in 5th place in the manga character popularity poll post. Tatsumi is in 4th. Chelsea's in 3rd. Akame, she's in 2nd. And Esdeath still in 1st place. Man, even in the manga, Esdeath is on top of popularity character material.

UHM, Esdeath and Tatsumi would've been a good match, but she died! Mine and Tatsumi are a great couple! I mean, i don't care if mine forced those feelings, tatsumi still loves her and im sad that she died in the anime! Akame and Tatsumi would be good too but Akame is just too socially awkward -_-

For the moment, it’s Mine. Tatsumi clearly wasn’t into the whole sadistic thing going on with her.

But as far as forever goes, I see some chemistry with Akame in the future when they’re both retiring from assassination.
