| Yeah I thought of that of course but... just why, no blood? Was just so lame at one scene in this anime, think it was at epi 4 or something - Bouqet had just shot the woman in tight black suits with nightvision googles and aftewards when she was "dying" she just coughed lightly and then finally passed away - Isn't there anyone else besides me that find it odd? |

| Noir got a lot of flak for not featuring any blood when it was released, so dont worry, you're not the only one to find it odd. I think the rating is probably due to the anime featuring sexuality or some bullshit. |

| There was practically no sexuality in the anime. The magic skirt was in full effect and there was only one swimsuit and one shower scene in the entire series. There were some very light indications of homosexuality that may or may not have been intentional. |

| Well I heard TV Tokyo has pretty strict standards about blood. I don't know that for sure but I wouldn't doubt it has something to do with censorship. |
