My favorite is Grimmjow Jeagerjaques because he's insane, wants to kill people, and says things out loud recklessly without thinking how people will react. I also like Luke fon Fabre, Asch, Sephiroth, Lucy, Renji, Hitsugaya, Ulquiorra, and Manji.
