I know there is a 12 episode TV series and here on MAL it says there is 2 OVA. But where I go and watch anime, it has OVAs 1-12 so I'm very confused on what Is what.

The website's wrong then. There's two OVAs, 2 episodes each. A series, 12 episodes.
