| I found it endearing how everyone tried to keep Matsuri's innocence by not spoiling that Santa isn't real. Well, everyone except Miu, as she was the one who was trying to spoil her in the first place. Considering how Miu is, I think she actually asked for those things from Santa when she was little. That little prequel scene with Nobue and Chika though. That was so cute. Nobue really loves her younger sister. Seems like Matsuri just reminded her of that moment and she just wanted to do something like that again. That fall looked painful tho. Lmao. Nobue didn't need to hit that guy. How did she get away without being charged for assault. Anyway, I kinda missed that unhinged Nobue. The subs say Harry Potter but in the anime it's "Haly Potey". The latter sounds closer to what the characters say. Ig it's a parody name due to copyright. It's nice that Matsuri was able to meet "Santa" and talk with one of "his" reindeer. Honestly, that's better than meeting the real thing. These girls are so lucky to have an older sister like Nobue. Well, the episode ended with a quick montage. My favorite was when Sasazuka did an Uno reversal on the teacher. Lmao. This was a great episode. I loved this show. I ended up enjoying it way more than I thought I would. So glad I gave it a shot. I like that this show focused more on the characters' regular lives instead of setting most of the episodes in school. I don't think many SOL series do that. So that was really cool. I'd say my favorite character in the end was Miu. I love her and hate her. But she's the heart of this show and what makes this series so fun to watch. Now time to watch the OVAs. So glad I'm not out of Ichigo Mashimaro content just yet. |
