| Isn't it strange how Nobue's birthday is listed as October, 17th but in this episode we can clearly see Sakura blossoms. This would indicate that it is either acutally March or April. In the episode Miyu states asks what day it is and Chie replies "17th" to which she replies that tommorow is Nobue's birthday. The setting of Ichigo Mashimaro is supposed to me in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka prefecture. The climate of that region has Sakura blossoms during "Late March to early April" which means Nobue's acutal birthday is March 18th. In the Manga Nobue's age is stated to be 16, however in the anime she states it to be 20. So we can come to the conclusion that October 17th is her birthday in the Manga, and in the anime her birthday is March 18th. |
