Doctor here. This is thoroughly enjoyable so far. I love how she's uniquely overpowered.

I hate how cheesy this anime is. She's too OP and no one questions her or the knowledge she knows. Why were the nurses not in proper PPE attire like she was when performing surgery? Also crazy that the doctor just unwrapped the guy's bandages without an aseptic technique and just out in the open. How does she even remember everything after going back in time to her previous life? Also crazy that the doctor just let her be for however long. What was he expecting to see whenever he came back into the ward? Does Elise even have anything she needs to improve on or learn? Or does she surpass trained doctors in every aspect? lol Overall, its just stupid to me that she was a surgeon in her other life but now she knows everything a GP would know plus other random stuff. Doctors are specialized in specific parts of the body. A doctor who specializes in literally everything does not exist. Does Elise even need a teacher if she already knows everything?
@cooldogmom surgeons are smart doctors. They have a lot of knowledge and abilities. She did a simple bedside debridement.

Surgeons can do a lot of GP and random medical stuff.

I keep asking myself one question. Why can't a crown princess practice medicine? And an empress? Why are these roles mutually exclusive? With a higher position, she can change the standards of medicine, introduce new practices, and influence the politics of the state so that there are will be no problems with rebellions and wars.

While sweeping, Elise and the nurses didn’t move their legs—not even the brooms moved. Budget-saving is one thing, but this was too hilarious.

Apparently, advanced medical science doesn’t exist in this world. Yet Elise somehow had gloves, gowns, and modern surgical tools. Anime logic is truly terrifying.

Doctor Graham also claimed that Elise’s patients were hopeless cases, abandoned by the hospital. But most had just minor injuries. I guess I’m expecting too much from a below-average adaptation.
