in my opinion, Kirito traped in the game he play, ainz also traped in the game he played right before the server shut down the game does not log him out and he can't log out, so yeah he is somewhat traped (even tho we don't know how things going in his real world and his real body)

also it doesn't matter, whether is identical or not, people can compare car to an orange however they want, don't take it to seriously and just chill enjoy any show you love, ignore any negative things people say about it

maybe because they suffer from similar problems?

i want to believe overlord's LN is a lot better than the show but it probably suffers (at a lesser extent, perhaps) from the same core problems...

in sao mc is still in his world in overlord ainz is transported another world similar to the game but it's a different world
