No it is objectively the worst. Horrible writing horrible characters horrible cheap plot. This is literally the cheap disgusting version of muv luv the VN.

I personally think it is. The writing and character moments are probably the best in the whole series, and this season just has that "otherworldly" feel that sets it apart from other seasons. Plus episodes 3, 4, and 5 are the culmination of the entire series so it's hard for it not to be the best for many, but at the same time I'm not surprised why people would prefer season 3 over this one. Excluding the stupid MAPPA and WIT drama, season 3 was also it's own culmination and felt like the moment of truth. The battle of shiganshina and the basement will forever be AoTs magnum opus even if I ultimately prefer the evolution and writing of season 4, season 3 from start to finish was just full of high octane

Obviously cuz the story went on an another level , Yeah S3 is good and S3 P2 is a banger , But S4 the story went on a massive change and hype which made the show PEAK .
