It has a great story so far. If this anime was done by a better studio this would be a really solid anime!The fights are just so awful.
(Also depends on your view on Takemichi)

I just can't get over the fact that these middle school kids run a city and scare the shit out of everyone, while looking they are 20 lol

But they are actually acting their age and it's even more annoying imo. They behave like young, dumb teens on a testosterone rush and it gets tiring soon, even in an anime about gang fights.

nah the anime isn't that good, you should read the manga of this series to enjoy it to the max
because this adaptation is one of those mediocre overhyped adaptations so yeah but in terms of story, its really good

Pretty much the definition of a mediocre anime. Plot is interesting, but just watch Re:Zero or Steins;Gate if you want something better. Has the most 5/10 art and I'm pretty sure OG Naruto had better.
Not bad, but there's better things to watch. But don't forget, it's just a prologue (imo) and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get good. (according to those annoying manga readers -_-)
