Guido Mista i just love him he's loyal to his friends (puts himself into near death situations for his friends). He has some of the best fights in Golden Wind and a really unique Ability He's super funny and i love his bullet gnomes

My current fav is Saeba Ryo from City Hunter and #2 is Riza Hawkeye from FMAB. The #2 spot would be replaced with Revy from Black lagoon tho, but i haven't watched it yet.

The obvious answer for me is Homura Akemi from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Mami Tomoe's obviously an honorable mention.

Another honorable mention is Yuri Nakamura from Angel Beats!. Sometimes it feels like she's pretty underappreciated.
