(see graphics tasks below to know why) Tasks for Graphics people: 1) Create Club Layout with the theme (One Piece + Summer) 2) Create custom badges for each team. 3) Create badges for each game. 4) Create custom badge for winners. Some of the people in the graphics list need to hep out with hosting games and keeping score. |

| @VanityStar , why don't you just use one piece images that are beach related? We will open signups next week so there will be an introduction, I'll see what I can do about that. We need to have a meeting, we need to start creating game threads and badges for teams. Is there anyone from LCWS who's willing to help out? |

ToD thread still not created (Haine's game) 2) Create a thread for each team and assign a team leader from staff. 3) Create scoreboard. 4) Create Sign up thread. 5) Create Main event thread. --------------------------------------------- Based on the results of the survey we'll need to create threads for the following games: External Games:

The only one that would be used is the "games" section, so instead, we'll just list the links to games and the scoreboard in the club details, I personally agree with you there. | Hello everyone, I hope that you're all doing amazing. I just edited the OP to update the to do list, it seems that we still have quite a lot to do. Here's the remaining tasks that needs to be completed. To Do:
We still need to assign team leaders. Team leaders will be managing and keeping track of the scores for their respective teams. There are 6 teams, you can find them all here. I am going to be team leader for Straw Hat, and if anyone else wants to be a team leader, please post and let us know. OSU game thread is made by karote I believe and ToD is from Haine. Hopefully they can be made soon. I can discuss with Pyro about the One Piece Mafia Game. The signups is the most important thing right now, it is supposed to be opened tomorrow. I believe grave has been kindly working on it, and it is here. I believe that it still needs some tweaking around, but once she's done I'm sure she'll let us know. Also @grave, I think it should be mentioned that the event will be hosted in this club in the signups. Since I don't think Haine is back yet, someone will need to open sign ups in LCWS. Assigning participants to teams will come once signups are over. Which staff/s are working on the graphics are doing the custom badges for each team yet? We should get that done soon. Management thread can come a few days before the event. I believe that grave is working on the newsletter. We'll be delivering the newsletter to the members of our club. Someone from LCWS is going to have to deliver the newsletter to their members. Please post if you're going to do so. I believe for each game thread (osu game, pokemon game, daily quiz game etc), each participating member will receive a badge. And if they reach a certain point in that game (for example 100 points) they get a special badge or a special prize? In any case, may I ask for some of the graphics people to start working on the badges if you haven't already done so please? The badge should mention the game name. Is LCWS making card editions throughout the event? If you are, do any of you know what card editions they will be and have you started preparing for it? Sorry for the long post, there's a few task that's needs to be done and I just wanted to make sure that we're prepared for the event. |

I've been waiting for Haine to come back and tell us how many card editions and what graphics they'll be doing so we can add those to the newsletter, but she still hasn't replied. It should be mentioned that team leaders will need to count the points for their team and make sure the scores of each player and the team are correct in the scoreboard. we'll have 4-6 teams (depending on how many people join the event) and at least half of them have to be LCWS staff since we're managing all the game threads. |

Keeping track of the scores is very important. And I agree that at least half of them should be from LCWS, mainly because its a joint event so it would be nice to have half mafia society staff as leaders and the other half, LCWS staff as leaders. |
