Well that would've explained why people were like MEH & 'nobody will ever know' all the time no matter how many questions & loose ends are remain untold in Psycho-Pass. Ppl never bother to explain anything in this forum then take it as an excuses & enjoy the show.

And second for all, I should've listened to you guys for a million times (probably I already forgot about it after couple of months has passed).

Anyway my feeling is ready for this anime NO matter how many overreaction has been counted hundred times when it comes to every fuck-up moments (even character's death) that I've seen.

Yes, we didn't see Makishima get shot in the head, but it did look like he was shot seeing as how we saw his body fall to the ground after Kogami pulled the trigger. Secondly, if he wasn't dead why would Kogami have fled Japan? He's obviously wanted for murder which is against sybil law. Now there might be a possibility that Makishima becomes a brain in a vat for sybil but idk how that will work out, I mean he hated the sybil system himself so he might not work for them even if his brain is somehow retrieved and used for this purpose, at least I think so assuming that all the criminally asymptotic brains in the sybil system are operating on free will.

i really don't think so, he was obviously shot in the head, and if not so, the brain will die too few minutes after heart beat stops. otherwise why kougami got all the trouble if he wanted to let the sibyl have makishima ?

Is there ANY solid proof that Makishima will appear in season 2? It would be a shame if the greatest villain got his brain fricked or some magical medicine bring him back life

I thought it supposed to be Sibyl itself I mean Chief Kasei Joshuu was actually the founder of this one.

They never bother to explain about what happened to Rina Takizaki (ep12) till that flashback episode ended up just like that & I can't believe you just don't care about it anymore.

God, so many questions that I've been raised but NO one cares but talk about an unfinished business. Please, let that happen in season 2 so it will definitely answer that question I swear a god!!

A possibility might be that Kougami may be too emotionally damaged and he may adopt a similar role as Makishima did in S1, that is, actively undermining Sibyl from behind the scenes. But in my mind, no one can replace Makishima. He was a badass.

Nah, in my mind Kougami's personality is pretty hardened and was so for the entire show... I don't think he'll become emotionally damaged.... He may adopt a similar role to Makishima as teased by his reading of philosophy in the end credits, but still I don't see him becoming Makishima...
