| Well on the wiki Gil has a power that allows him to stay without a master so why isnt there any other heroic spirts with that power? And the war is supposed to be between 7 teams not 8 in the anime fate stay night i think it was Gil was teamed with the second master or lancer so by all means Gil didnt even need to be in the war but it dosnt change the fact that any spirt could possibly have that power as Gil |

Gil's IA is at A+. Unlike other HS (such as Saber, Caster or even Red Archer after two days), he can maintain himself without a Master's prana connection through his NPs and others stuff in his treasury. Unless a HS had been given a solid body or has the treasures Gil has, it won't be able to act like Gil does. |
