If you want to take part, please post a Toplist of your favorite foreign (=non japanese...half-japanese is fine) anime characters until the 10th of August, 7pm CET! Only characters from actually existing countries count so please do not use characters from fantasy nations! Also, your list has to include characters from at least three different countries regardless of how long it is! Please just ignore this post if you do not want to take part! You can create anything between a Top 3 and a Top 10 list. The longer your list is, the more points are awarded to the countries. (for example, If you do a Top 5, the character in 1st place will receive 5pts, 2nd place 4pts and so on...If you do Top 10, 1st place receives 10pts, 2nd place 9pts and so on...) Each character collects points for his country, the Top 7 countries will qualify for the World Survey Championships which will be part of the 3rd Survey Season!
