In all/most shows that feature kids as the mains(Disney, TV shows, e.t.c) the parents/symbols of peace/protectors tend to get deaded/made unable to help so the mains can actually do shit. Those ones don't tend to revive said characters. But ofc I guess shonen is different |

| LN and web novel fan here; Great start, middle dragged and conclusion payoff was weak. Didn't hate it but it could have been a lot shorter and the action sequences could have been a lot better. Tho that's probably the fault of the original source. And blowing all the budget on the openings. |
