I promise you if you make even small changes to your diet, you'll see relatively quick changes and will feel much better about yourself. None of these huge changes overnight, just little things.

Or you could try the rubber band trick. Keep a rubber band on your wrist and every time you think of depression-eating, snap it. Might work might not, but I've seen people change their habits off this one stupid trick

Shave your head and hit the gym brother..that's where you have to start and you will gradually get confidence.

@foxes_are_neet instead you're spending your time in spreading your pessimism in forum posts. That's truly a much more sensible use of your time than updating your list.

....Rather then coping about it, there are things you can do about it.

You're 5'2 and you weigh 365lbs?
You eat too much, my dude. Eat less. Get in shape. 2% of the population can really say it's genetics when it comes to this stuff. The rest is just lazy. Go to the gym. Buy healthier food^^

You lost 60% of your hair? Well, shave it then. Don't walk around as a sad midlife crisis. Shave. There are plenty of people looking sexy in bald. You could be one of them.

Your problems are neither unique nor impossible to solve. It's on you. You can change some stuff :) There's hope.
But not with a mindset like this, where everything is just out of your control and you're already beaten down. Life is not just happening to you. You live it. Take the reins and get in there!

As a kid I thought I'd grow taller in high school, but I never did. Everyone got so tall while I literally stayed the same height. I felt depressed so food became my coping mechanism.

It became a bad habit because now whenever I go outside and see a tall guy with a pretty gf, I feel depressed and start eating again. I feel like it's so unfair. My genetics has screwed me for life. Not to mention I think the stress has made me lose most of my hair. I think I would be happier just accepting that genetics has screwed me out of reproducing and it would be better if no children had my genes.
@RushingSugar If you wanna attempt to save your hair, I'd recommend looking into minoxidil and finasteride. Sure you shave your head, but even with great facial hair, not everyone has a good head shape for bald. Helped save my hair for years.

cool story son, but as I said, go tell it to the war orphans whose arms were blown off by american-israeli bombs or something, but you won't of course because deep down you know the truth and can only afford to entertain such optimist delusions within your cocoon of 1st-world comfort and affluence

take those things away and you'll soon see the "beauty" of this universe
@foxes_are_neet The "deep down" bit is interesting. Common rhetoric that pessimists use. It's unassailable! How do I convince you that I'm actually pretty happy about the state of the world. It's a mess, yeah, but the extinction of small pox and billions of people now with food security is pretty cool! Much better than last century.

But I can't ever convince you I feel this way. It's because you think deep down everyone is like you are. It means you can never change your mind. You're stuck! I suggest keeping an open mind and learning about other perspectives. People really can think way differently from one another. We're a diverse lot.

With Love
