Otherwise, she's been a background character since the moment Cell absorbed her. Bulma is Dragon Ball's heroine, she's just not the kind that fights alongside the other characters, and because the story became more and more fight-centric, she loses relevance. Only if we expand to GT we can add Pan to the list. |
