Isayama admitted in the latest interview that the theme of the last part was beyond his ability and he truly regretted it that he wasn’t able to do a better job expressing it.

The subplot was solved by Armin deciding to feed himself to the mother instead of Falco and this action convinced Connie he was 100% wrong to the point of giving a speech about how he betrayed his morals by thinking of feeding Falco to it few seconds later lol.

In few seconds the entire problem was solved and Connie stopped talking about his mother entirely for the rest of the manga.

Awesome indeed. Didn't you say you were out ? LOL.

Ofc it's awesome. because connie wouldn't let his close friend to die, but was willing to kill a child for that? That way armin pointed Connie's hypocrisy through Connie's own action. LMAO how bad are you at reading ? And again this AWESOME plotpoint did not happen on 124 . And Connie was already second guessing himself. But go on, I enjoy people who need to be spoon fed from Isayama. Let me guess You like Edgy-badass characters?

And Connie left Falco, because he wanted to save his friend. If he still would have wanted to feed falco, he would probably have to fight armin, but since he did not let him die, he definitely wouldn't kill Armin, when Armin would defend falco. Why are you so bad at reading? You read anything other then generic shounen, other than manga?

What would he say more about his mother, that hasn't been said? By this "flawless" logic, Connie stopped talking about his mother even after he learned that it was her who was turned into the titan. Jesus, you argumentation is horrible

It was awesome according to your opinion and as i said in a post above that's fine. I consider that whole plot-line extremely bad and a waste of panels.
Saying others are bad at reading and LMAOing doesn't help your case though, it only makes you come of as a little brat.
Also accusing others of reading only generic shounen is also pretty rich, considering that both the conclusion to the Connie's plot and the alliance plot are as shounen as it can get. It's so much shounen that it feels like it's another manga altogether actually.

Yeah, Connie should have given a shit about a kid he doesn't know much about in comparison to Armin or his mother, to the point of completely and entirely getting past his mother's issue in matters of seconds once Armin decided to feed himself to her instead, and never mention her again for the rest of the manga, because oh in few seconds Armin's action was enough to convince Connie his morals are completely wrong.

Writing "awesome" in bold doesn't make it true lol. What a young kid.

And for the third time, didn't you say you were out ?

Regardless of knowing Falco or no, any human being that is not a wretched evil would think twice before sacrificing a child, someone who cannot protect himself/herself. It is such an event that even in the animal kingdom it has happened where an animal (predator) of one species has spared the life of a newborn animal from another specie. But apparently you are to edgy to understand this. Yes Connie totally forgot about his mother. Because not talking= not caring anymore. Isayama should had a panel from chapter 126 and on wards with Connie talking about his mother xD. It's not as if Connie talks about her in the last pannels of 139? Lmao, why do I waste my time with people who prolly haven't finished high school and the only books that they have ever read are mangas . Yes, Armins actions convinced him. It's not as if he was second guessing himself before reaching his village LMAOOOOO LEARN TO READ.Bye!

Yeah in a world with ton of deaths, hate and sacrifices it makes sense that Connie absolutely should let his mother stay as a titan forever and not sacrifice a child he doesn't know shit about due to Armin willing to take his place because morals everyone.

The subplot was solved in chapter 126 and the next time Connie thought about his mother was in chapter 139 of the manga that's enough and readers should just assume the rest.

I see the "young kid" dig I threw affected you so much that you wanted to throw a similar one at the end. Bye indeed, young kid. Try to read or watch more fiction to understand what "good writing" actually is.

Nah let him say what he wants. I never take discussion with such people seriously. It's obvious from the start and I'm just making fun of the entire thing. If I want a proper discussion I would have chosen an adult to talk with.

The way online discussion is conducted these days never cease to amaze me. Twitter and reddit trained a generation of people to talk with one-liners and "mic-drops".

does anyone what is akatsuki no requiem theory? I saw on twitter that some people were writing a new ending using that.

I haven't read any AoT doujinshi so idk how good their fan fiction stuff is but it's from the same toxic fandom so i dont have high hopes lol.

maybe this gives hope for an anime-only ending
